Man Sentenced for Torching Outlaws MC's Clubhouse

Saginaw, Michigan (April 29, 2026) - A Saginaw County District Judge on Monday, April 27, sentenced Adrian A. Roseberry to nine months probation. While on probation, Roseberry is to continue attending therapy and must provide his agent with monthly proof of attendance. He is not to use alcohol or illicit drugs and must submit to regular testing.

The judge further ordered Roseberry to pay $525 in fines and costs within 120 days, plus a $30 monthly supervision fee. He gave Roseberry credit for 12 days served in jail.

The sentence in part resulted from Roseberry having “an almost nonexistent prior record,” the Judge said. “Hopefully, you can stick by these terms and abide by them as you’re supposed to,” the judge told Roseberry. “If you don’t, the alternative is 353 days in the Saginaw County Jail, obviously, a substantial amount of time.” No victims were present in the courtroom to give impact statements.

Roseberry in January pleaded no contest to one count of malicious destruction of a building between $200 and $1,000. The charge is a one-year misdemeanor.
